1st INTERNET BASED FIDE SEMINAR FOR INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZERS in Spanish language

Dates: 5 – 8 December 2013

1. Participation: Up to 30 participants from countries of American Continent.

Deadline for registrations is Friday 23th November 2013. Participants can follow the seminar from any place using a pc.

• Sunday, 8 December 10:00 to 14:00 (Part 5) Standard Time Zone: GMT/UTC - 06:00 hour.
• Sunday, 8 December 20:00 to 22:00 (Examination test) Standard Time Zone: GMT/UTC - 06:00 hour.

• Regulations Events Commission (General Regulations, Events Regulations, Bid Procedure)
• Events’ Management
• FIDE Identity & Sponsorship guidelines.
• Ratings and Titles - Tournament Conditions
• America Tournament Regulations.

4. Costs/Fees: Seminar is free for the CACDEC Federations. Confederation of Chess for America cover the costs.

5. Lecturers:

The lecturer will be IO Jorge Vega Fernandez
Assistant Lecturer will be IA Santiago Garcia Ramos

6. Language: The seminar will be held by the Spanish language
