FIDE IO Seminar took place in Budva, Montenegro from 4 to 6 October 2013. It was organized within the frameworks of the European Youth Championships. Lecturer was IO Horst Metzing (GER).
Seven participants attended the Seminar.
The following candidates will get a FIDE IO Norm:
1. Robert Lagerman, Iceland
2. Milan Brigljevic, Croatia
3. Jasna Sakotic, Montenegro
4. Jonas Sidabras, Lithuania
5. Dejan Milosevic, Montenegro
6. Sava Stoisavljevic, Serbia
