A FIDE Arbiters' Seminar is going to be organized from 19 to 27 December 2013 in Al Ain, UAE, by the FIDE Arbiters' Commission, in cooperation with the Organizing Committee of the World Youth Chess Championships 2013 and the Asian Chess Federation and under the auspices of FIDE.
The venue will be the UAE University in Al Ain.
The Lecturer will be IA Werner Stubenvoll (AUT), FIDE Arbiters' Commission Councilor and FIDE Lecturer.
The language of the Seminar will be English.
