On October 17 the FIDE President met with Mr. Konstantin Kosachev, the Head of the Federal Agency for the Commonwealth of Independent States, Compatriots Living Abroad and International Humanitarian Cooperation (Rossotrudnichestvo). He is also the Russian President's Special Envoy for Relations with CIS Member-States. Both sides exchanged the views on bilateral long-term cooperation between FIDE and Rossotrudnichestvo.
