From 26 November to 1 December 2013 the 31st Internet based FIDE Arbiters' Seminar was held, organized by the Development Commission and the Confederation Chess of Americas, under the auspices of FIDE.
The lecturer of the seminar was IA Santiago Garcia Ramos (MEX), FIDE Lecturer.
The Technical Organizer was IA Jorge Vega Fernandez (GUA).
The Lectures were in Spanish language.
Fourteen (14) people from México, Bolivia, El Salvador, Chile, Argentina, Guatemala, Dominican Republic and Trinidad and Tobago attended the seminar on Internet and took the examination test.
The following succeeded in the test and will be awarded a norm for the title of FIDE Arbiter, after the approval of the next FIDE Presidential Board:
